Recently, the 1.88MWP distributed photovoltaic power generation project for Tkae Health Xianlin Gulou Hospital, which is fully supported by Midea New Energy with its comprehensive technical support and standardized solutions, has officially been connected to the grid and is operational. The successful delivery of this project not only highlights Midea New Energy's system integration capabilities and project implementation strength in the industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic field, but also sets a benchmark for green energy use in the healthcare and wellness industry.
Located at No. 188 Lingshan North Road, Qixia District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, the project has a total installed capacity of 1.88MWP, with an installation area covering 8113㎡ of concrete and color steel sheet roof areas. The project adopts an owner-invested model, where power is self-generated and excess power is fed into the grid. Midea New Energy's professional team, considering the energy usage characteristics of healthcare and wellness scenarios, selected 2612 pieces of 720W high-efficiency photovoltaic modules, equipped with 14 units of 110KW and 4 units of 50KW PV inverters, to construct a distributed photovoltaic power generation system, ensuring efficiency, stability, and safety. During construction, the team innovatively adopted an end-of-line grid connection technology solution, reducing the construction period and workload, while also adhering to Midea New Energy's full-process engineering standards and Taikang Group's project management norms, ensuring the quality of construction and the reliability of operation and commissioning.
The project started construction in October 2025, and after two months of efficient advancement, the entire process was completed on schedule and was successfully connected to the grid and put into operation. According to calculations, over the 25-year lifecycle of the project, the total electricity generated can reach 45,686,600 kWh, equivalent to a cumulative reduction of 26,568.32 tons of CO2 emissions and saving of 14,008.58 tons of standard coal. After commissioning, it can stably supply clean power to the hospital, significantly reducing the hospital's operational energy consumption costs, achieving a coordinated unity of environmental, economic, and social benefits.

The medical health and wellness industry is a sector with intensive energy consumption, and the high load and high reliability energy demand make the need for green and low-carbon transformation urgent. Midea New Energy, leveraging its core technologies and project experience in photovoltaic technology research and development, system integration design, construction, and operation and maintenance services throughout the chain, accurately matches the energy needs of medical institutions, customizing a green energy solution suitable for the medical scenario for Tkae Health Xianlin Gulou Hospital. This collaboration is a practical response to the country’s 'dual carbon' strategy, and also provides a replicable and scalable example for the new energy replacement and energy structure optimization in the industrial and commercial sectors, especially in the healthcare and wellness industry.
In the future, Midea New Energy will continue to focus on the core track of distributed PV for industry and commerce, continuously iterating its core technologies and full-cycle service capabilities, and empowering various industries with more competitive green energy comprehensive solutions, contributing solid strength to the acceleration of the green and low-carbon upgrade of industrial structures, and to the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.
