On March 5th, the 2025 SUCE International Solar Energy Utilization Conference (hereinafter referred to as the "Jinan Photovoltaic Exhibition") was held at the Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center. Midea Photovoltaic, a subsidiary of Hicon New Energy (300048), showcased a number of innovative products and green energy solutions at the exhibition and grandly launched its newly developed inverter product.
Quality First, Technology Foremost
Hou Junfeng, Deputy General Manager of Hicon New Energy, stated that the core advantages of the newly launched Midea grid-connected photovoltaic inverter lie in its excellent quality, strong grid adaptability, and user-friendly scheduling. This product not only features a 10-in-1 safety protection system but also has high-efficiency conversion capabilities and an ultra-wide voltage adaptation range, covering multiple power segments such as 20kW-40kW. It can be widely applied in various scenarios, including distributed power stations, commercial premises, and residential environments.
As a core product in the photovoltaic industry, the inverter is known as the "heart" and "brain" of photovoltaic power generation. Against the backdrop of the global photovoltaic inverter market size exceeding the 400GW mark, competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Midea is well aware that only quality and technology can serve as the foundation for its foothold. Therefore, before the launch of Midea's inverters, they all undergo rigorous triple tests: including a three-month long-term operation test under different capacity ratios, weather conditions, and working conditions, environmental adaptability tests of more than 200 products in 20 harsh and special environments across the country, as well as forward and reverse tests under extreme conditions. Midea firmly believes that only by passing the most stringent tests can the products truly withstand the strict scrutiny of the market.
Manufacturing Genes, a Trusted Choice
The high quality of Midea's inverters benefits from the deep accumulation of decades of manufacturing experience of Midea Group. According to Xie Jiahao, Manager of the Testing and Evaluation Center of Hicon New Energy, as the bearer of Midea Group's new energy business strategy, Hicon New Energy has inherited the foundation of Midea's product quality and reliability, and has established a complete industrialization capability for designing, testing, and manufacturing photovoltaic inverters.
The Testing and Evaluation Center under it has not only obtained the "Witness Laboratory" certifications from international authoritative institutions such as TÜV SÜD, TÜV Rheinland, TÜV Nord, and CSA, but also won the "Accreditation Decision" and "Laboratory Accreditation Certificate" issued by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). This also provides a solid guarantee for the quality of Midea's grid-connected photovoltaic inverters.
The excellent performance and reliable quality of Midea's grid-connected photovoltaic inverters have been fully recognized and affirmed by the industry. At the exhibition site, Li Junchao, Head of the New Energy Solar Department of the China Quality Certification Center (CQC), issued a certification certificate for the inverter. This marks that Midea's grid-connected photovoltaic inverter meets national standards in terms of quality, safety, technology, etc., and further enhances its competitiveness and recognition in the industry.
Strategic Cooperation for Win-win Results
With quality as the top priority, Midea's grid-connected photovoltaic inverter has won wide recognition from industry partners right after its debut launch. During the exhibition, China Huarong Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. and Wanjiang Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. signed cooperation agreements with Midea Photovoltaic on-site. In the future, they will work hand in hand to jointly promote the development of the new energy industry.
In addition, Midea Photovoltaic also recruited channel partners for household photovoltaic, industrial and commercial photovoltaic, and "M-ECOLUX VILLA" green electricity for villas across the country at the exhibition site, and provided channel partners with highly competitive cooperation policies. During the exhibition, the main venue interacted simultaneously with 14 branch venues nationwide. Midea Photovoltaic's official accounts on WeChat Video Accounts and Douyin also carried out live broadcasts simultaneously, attracting the attention and participation of many industry insiders.
